Acquisition of a White-Label platform license grants the licensee the right to brand, market, and resell access to the software under their own domain and corporate identity. The underlying source architecture, proprietary intellectual property, and base system codebase remain protected by applicable international copyright and software licensing laws.
Licensees and their sub-clients must comply with all official Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging policies, anti-spam guidelines, and content standards. Automated transmission of unsolicited, abusive, fraudulent, or non-consensual communications is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of API access by Meta.
While our software delivers the technology infrastructure for offering WhatsApp Business API services, Franchise WhatsApp makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific client acquisition figures, business turnover, or commercial profits. Success depends entirely upon the licensee’s business execution, sales capabilities, and customer relationships.
